The governing body of the Knights of the York Cross of Honor in the state of Ohio is called Ohio Priory # 18 Knights of the York Cross of Honor.
Ohio Priory # 18 meets four times each year at various locations throughout the state.
The presiding officer is called Eminent Prior.
This office is currently held by Eminent Prior Alan D. Hart.
The Scioto County KYCH Club meetings are scheduled periodically throughout the year and are held at the Portsmouth Masonic Temple. The presiding officer of the club is called the Hospitaler. The Hospitaler for the Scioto County KYCH Club is  Paul A. Kennedy.
To be eligible to be proposed for membership in Ohio Priory # 18 Knights of the York Cross of Honor,
a brother must have completed his final year as the presiding officer of all four York Rite Bodies.
Those being WM of a Lodge of F.& A.M.,  EHP of a Chapter of RAM's,  IM of a Council of R&SM's ,
and EC of a Commandery of Knights Templar.
